Verdant Estate is an example build we use when a landscape architect asks “can you do Kinfolk instead of contractor?” Editorial type, generous whitespace, four seasonal palettes that retheme the entire site, portfolio-first hierarchy, and gold accents kept to the price tags and hover states, the luxury signals you want for a $20k–$200k project buyer.
It isn’t a real client site. It’s a reference we built to prove the range. Yours would be custom, with your portfolio and your voice, but this is the editorial bar we’re willing to build to.
